Today, Alex refused to eat cheesecake in favor of eating tofu. That's right, folks, I said tofu. We went out to an Chinese/Japanese buffet, where Alex ate all of the tofu from two bowls of miso soup. I think it was because we were feeding it to him on chopsticks, which he found very amusing, but in any case, I thought Aunt Abby would like to hear it!

I've been fiddling around with something that I found that is supposed to reduce the amount of spam comments that we get on the blog. You may have noticed some odd comments placed on posts recently. As it turns out, spammers think that it's a good idea to automate posting of comments that link to their web sites on unsuspecting blogs across the web. Luckily, some people have come up with an incredibly sophisticated method of determining whether or not someone is a computer or a real person: Ask them a really stupid question. So, every time you post a comment to the blog, you'll have to answer a silly little question which may or may not change, depending on how often I feel like changing it. If for some reason, it doesn't work for you, please let me know.

We made a trip down to River Edge to see my parents for Easter. We had a good time, going to the Bergen County Zoo on Saturday. We saw a mountain lion, golden tamarinds, spider monkeys, and a whole slew of other exotic creatures, but what Alex liked the best was the geese that wander around the park, free. The geese put up with little kids, and know that they don't have to take any crap from them, and as Alex ran towards them, they just faced him down, and made him run back to mommy. And yet, he still wanted to spend more time with the geese. It was all very funny.
We had an Easter egg hunt on Sunday afternoon, and Alex found an egg, with a little help. We saw the Murphys and by the end of the day, Alex was pooped!
